Boy are you going to be shocked when you read his new book “The All-Pro Diet” (like his recipe for fish tacos). If you’re vegan you might stock up on some tofu-crow.

Barns & patrician book review states: “In this first diet/fitness book ever to come from an NFL player, Gonzalez details the program that has made him leaner and quicker. Through eating a diet low in animal protein and high in plant-based and unprocessed foods, Tony has gained more strength, stamina, and energy than ever before.”

I JUST posted proof from the ONE real article on the subject online, “The 247lb Vegan”. If you read that article carefully you can see how people get confused, he did NOT comply with the wishes of the team nutritionist, he listened to Hinds. If you google the subject you will find all other articles just paraphrase and parrot that one incorrectly. He has mentioned that he is a vegan on ESPN and while on Oprah’s reality show, where he is a judge. Oh, and THIS record is proof.

  • raultalbot7 says:

Let’s see the proof. You have some links?

  • UrDoinItWrong says:

You’re full of shit buddy, he’s a vegan. There is an article that has been misquoted the world over (“The 247lb Vegan”) in which the team nutritionist suggested he eat ckn and fish, “But Mr. Gonzalez managed to stick to his diet and hold onto the football.” ….from that article. He has confirmed he is “vegan” in several interviews in view of the fact that then. The only non-vegan thing he ate for his first year or so was fish oil capsules, which he no longer takes. Excellent job spreading BS misinformation even if.

  • raultalbot7 says:

Bunch of BS….he eats fish and chicken. The misconception…or must I say deception is, he is 100% vegan, when he’s not.
