During the regular season, I know the AFC teams have Wednesday and saturdays off. MOndays they watch film from the previous games and Tuesdays, Thursdays and fridays normal practice and that includes Rookies and Seniors both. When training camp starts the rookies ride the team bus and the senior players drive their own. I’m not sure if theres anything else the rookies that is diffrent from the other players
First answer is incorrect. players have Mondays off and the coaches go over the game film and start developing game plot for next week. Players report tuesday and start watching film and going over game plot. They do normally have saturdays off, maybe do a walk through if a Mon game. Alot depends on the coach there are no real set rules. But rookies abide by the same rules as the Vets once the season starts, the vets might harrass them and make them carry their bags and stuff to earn their stripes.
