Why are there more nba rookies playing on there hometown team than the nfl?
there are more basketball draft picks playing in their home state or city, than there are football draft picks.like, you can find lots of nba rookies playing on their hometown team.but there are few new players going to the nfl playing on their home state team.
can someone tell me why you think nba draft picks have a better chance at playing closer to their hometown than the nfl draft picks?
Can we start a petition asking the NFL to require they sing the National Anthem correctly or stop playing it?
OK, the Super Bowl is about to start. They just played the National Anthem. When I am at a game, I want to be able to show my national pride and sing along. How can you sing along if they don’t play and sing it properly? It drives me nuts!
Anyone think we can start a petition asking the NFL – and other sports as well – to require traditional singing of the National Anthem, or out of respect to the nation and the song not sing it at all?

What NFL team will Jordan Shipley and Colt McCoy be playing on?
Okay, so I am definitely a Texas fan andI know Colt will be going NFL and hopefully Jordan, too. What teams are they planning on going to? And are they going to be playing the same positions, too? I know Colt probably won’t since he’ll be a rookie, but what about Jordan Shipley? And please don’t give answers like “they suck and they’ll never make it to NFL” because I know they will if they want.
Do NFL players play better or worse when playing in a different time zone?
Do east coast NFL players play better or worst when traveling to the west coast due to time zone change. And the same with west coast players… Do they play better or worse going to the east coast to play football. Does the time zone take a toll on the mental state and/or physical state from the travel?
